We are looking for a motivated and career-driven individual who has experience working in a call center (American or Australian account) and is now ready to transition into a day-shift digital marketing and coordination role.

This position is ideal for someone with excellent time management and customer service skills, a strong initiative to learn, and a desire to grow in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the creation of digital content across various platforms.
  • Manage and optimize paid and organic campaigns to ensure KPI targets are met.
  • Manage end-to-end digital projects as assigned.
  • Establish and maintain the client's web presence to boost brand awareness.
  • Maintain a strong and consistent online company voice through social media.
  • Liaise with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Suggest and implement tactics to increase productivity and profitability.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital media trends and developments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment (American or Australian account preferred).
  • Strong time management and customer service skills.
  • Willing to be trained, with initiative and drive to learn more.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Experience using content management systems (CMS) is an advantage.
  • Passionate about digital marketing and open to a career shift in this field.
