We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable
Accounting Staff
to join our team at
WSF Marketing
. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and general ledger entries.
  • Process invoices, payments, reimbursements, and ensure timely account reconciliations.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable, including proper documentation and follow-ups.
  • Assist in payroll preparation, government remittances, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Support audits, budget preparation, and other related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related course.
  • At least 1 year of accounting experience, preferably in the retail industry (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Proficient in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Journaling Tax, and Financial Reporting.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary:
Php 15,000 (inclusive of allowances)
