Job Summary:

We are looking for detail-oriented, reliable, and highly motivated Accounting Staff to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting functions, assisting in the maintenance of accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable government regulations.

This position plays a vital role in upholding the financial integrity and transparency of the organization by contributing to efficient financial operations and accurate reporting.

As this is a full-time, on-site role, we are prioritizing applicants who reside in Malolos, Bulacan, or nearby areas and are able to report to our local office daily.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

· Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and reports

· Process accounts payable and receivable transactions

· Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

· Handle bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow

· Prepare and file BIR reports and other government-related documents (e.g., VAT, EWT, 2316, 2307)

· Perform inventory audits and reconciliations

· Monitor employee reimbursements and petty cash transactions

· Support external and internal audits by preparing necessary documentation

· Ensure confidentiality and security of financial data

· Perform other accounting-related tasks as required by the Finance Supervisor or Management

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field

· Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year of accounting experience is an advantage

· Knowledge of basic accounting principles and Philippine tax regulations

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

· Integrity, professionalism, and a high sense of responsibility
