About the role

Pacificrose Shipping Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated Accounting Staff (Accounts Receivable/Credit and Collection) to join our team in Cebu City, Cebu. This full-time role will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and credit control operations, playing a crucial part in the company's overall financial management and success.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and sending invoices to customers in an accurate and timely manner
  • Monitoring and following up on outstanding payments, ensuring prompt collection of receivables
  • Maintaining detailed records of all accounts receivable activities
  • Generating and analysing accounts receivable reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Supporting the broader accounting team with various financial tasks as needed

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit control, preferably within the shipping or logistics industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage accounts and identify solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with customers and resolve issues
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
