JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Provides reports on various expenses such as 13th month pay, unused sick leave pay, retirement expenses, depreciation expenses, etc.
  • Prepares lapsing schedules of capital assets and foots & cross-foots ending inventories of various departments.
  • Computes depreciation expenses of capital assets by department.
  • Accrues repair & maintenance, security services and doctors' participation, etc.
  • Reviews and analyzes bank reconciliation items.
  • Prepares journal vouchers of the above transactions.
  • Reviews and analyzes financial statements.
  • Assists the Chief Accountant in preparing financial report (draft) to be submitted to the Comptroller for review and finalization.
  • Prepares accounting schedules for various accounts.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Chief Accountant from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS Accountancy, Certified Public Accountant
  • Ability to prepare financial reports/computer literate;  Organization skills
  • One (1) Full-Time position available
  • CAN START ASAP
