Role Overview:

The Area Service Manager will oversee daily service operations within their assigned location, ensure team performance, and maintain excellent customer satisfaction. This is a fast-track leadership role for individuals who want to grow in people management and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to service center teams in South Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
  • Handle data encoding, case monitoring, and documentation of customer and dealer transactions.
  • Assist in processing warranty claims, parts requisitions, replacements, and refunds.
  • Coordinate with technicians, logistics, warehouse, finance and dealer care teams for case updates and resolutions.
  • Track and consolidate service center performance reports (e.g., TAT, CSAT/DSAT, backjob rate, parts consumption).
  • Support the call center and dealer care teams by validating service records and ensuring proper escalation.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM/system for traceability and compliance.
  • Monitor and follow up on pending cases, escalations, and logistics delays.
  • Assist management in preparing monthly reports and analysis for South Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
  • Ensure alignment with company policies, processes, and quality standards.
