About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Patient Care Officer/Receptionist to join our team at THE OBAGI SKIN HEALTH, INC.' (HOO Dermatology). In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and serving as the first point of contact for our valued patients.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming patients with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Handling patient inquiries and scheduling appointments efficiently
  • Engaged in the selling and marketing of Obagi Medical Products
  • Maintaining a neat and organized reception area
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
  • Providing general support to the clinical team as needed
  • Build and maintain good customer relationships
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develops and maintains good public relations with patients
  • Responsible to achieve sales target in assigned area

What we're looking for

  • Sales experienced is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Candidate must be a College Graduate
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • With pleasing personality
  • Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office
  • A warm, friendly and professional demeanor
  • A commitment to providing exceptional patient care
  • Sales experienced is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Willing to be assigned in one of our branches(ATC,MAKATI,ROB MANILA,30TH MALL,205 EDSA,TRINOMA,VERSTIS NORTH,MARQUEE MALL)
