What You'll Do|主要職責

  • Design, build, and maintain backend services focused on
    stability, scalability, and performance
  • Implement
    clean, well-tested APIs
    (REST/gRPC) and internal microservices
  • Optimize
    MySQL
    and
    Redis
    for data schema, indexing, and performance tuning
  • Set up
    observability
    (metrics, logging, tracing, alerting) and troubleshoot production issues
  • Collaborate with
    Product, Frontend, and QA
    teams to refine requirements and deliver on schedule
  • Prepare and maintain
    technical & API documentation
    , and present demos to clients
  • Provide
    bilingual support and communication
    (English & Chinese, written and verbal)

What We're Looking For|任職要求

  • Strong proficiency in
    PHP
    backend development (Laravel / Symfony preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with
    MySQL
    (query optimization, transactions, indexing) and
    Redis
    (data structures, clustering, persistence)
  • Solid understanding of
    backend/system design fundamentals
    (caching, queues, idempotency, rate limiting, fault tolerance)
  • Familiarity with
    Git, Docker, Linux, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Excellent
    bilingual communication and collaboration skills
    (English & Chinese)
  • 精通
