We are looking for a skilled Backend Software Engineer (Kotlin / Java) to join our growing team. In this role, you will analyze, design, develop, and test application components for various clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide technical leadership within the team.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality code and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Lead team discussions and contribute to technical decision-making across multiple teams.
  • Provide effective solutions to technical challenges and support project success.
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team skills and capabilities.
  • Support onboarding and training of new developers.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with timelines and goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

  • Expert proficiency in Kotlin (minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience).
  • Experience in backend API development using Spring Boot.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with Java Enterprise Edition (JEE).
  • Familiarity with database management and design principles.
