Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee the operations of our Car Automotive and Accessories store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive products, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of retail management. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, managing a team, driving sales, maintaining inventory, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management:
  • Supervise and lead a team of sales associates, technicians, and support staff.
  • Conduct regular training to enhance staff knowledge of products and services.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for team members and provide performance feedback.
  • Foster a positive and motivating environment to ensure high morale and performance.
  • Sales and Customer Service:
  • Achieve sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
  • Develop customer loyalty programs and encourage repeat business.
  • Upsell and cross-sell automotive parts, accessories, and services.
  • Inventory and Stock Management:
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring that the store is adequately stocked with high-demand automotive products.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely product deliveries.
  • Oversee the organization and display of merchandise to ensure an appealing store layout.
  • Operations Management:
  • Ensure that all store policies, procedures, and safety regulations are followed.
  • Monitor store expenses and work to minimize costs while maximizing revenue.
  • Track and analyze store performance metrics and report regularly to upper management.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment for staff and customers.
  • Marketing and Promotions:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional events to increase store traffic and sales.
  • Coordinate with the marketing department to promote new products, special offers, and seasonal discounts.
  • Stay up-to-date with automotive trends and customer preferences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
