KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Repair or replace faulty parts such as brakes, steering components, suspension systems, and transmissions.
  • Test and adjust repaired systems to ensure proper functioning.
  • Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify vehicle problems.
  • Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance performed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
  • Provide estimates for repair costs and timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and customers regarding repair status and vehicle condition.
  • Keep tools, equipment, and work area clean and organized.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in automotive repair preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Auto Mechanic or Automotive Technician.
  • Knowledge of vehicle systems, mechanical and electrical components, and diagnostic tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license.
