Job Summary:

We are looking for friendly, customer-focused, and energetic Sales Staff to join our team. As a Sales Staff member, your main responsibility is to assist customers, promote products, and help achieve sales targets. You will play a key role in delivering a positive shopping experience and maintaining the overall presentation of the store.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for sales, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Service

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide product information, recommendations, and support customer needs.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints or refer to the supervisor as needed.
  • Ensure customers have a pleasant and satisfying shopping experience.

2. Sales & Promotion

  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Actively promote ongoing sales, discounts, and store promotions.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales value.
  • Stay informed about new arrivals and product features.

3. Store Operations

  • Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining product displays.
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.
  • Follow opening and closing procedures as required.

4. Inventory Management

  • Monitor product availability and report low-stock items.
  • Participate in regular stock counts and inventory checks.
  • Ensure correct labeling, tagging, and pricing of products.

5. Team Collaboration

  • Work cooperatively with team members and store management.
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions.
  • Support colleagues during peak hours or promotional events.

Qualifications:Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
  • Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and carry light to moderate loads.
  • May be assigned to different branches depending on operational needs.
