Remote HR Internship – For Academic Requirement

Job Description

We are looking for motivated HR Interns who are eager to gain hands-on experience in human resources and recruitment while completing their academic internship requirements. This is a remote internship, giving you the flexibility to work from home while collaborating with our HR team on meaningful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles through social media platforms.
  • Support HR team in scheduling interviews and communicating with applicants.
  • Help maintain and organize candidate records and HR documents.
  • Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a college/university program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related courses
  • Internship is part of academic requirements (with endorsement from school)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace
