Job Description
  • This role involves overseeing academic programs, coordinating instructors, and ensuring student progress. You will work closely with students and their families to provide quality customer service.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Coordinating instruction, monitoring student progress, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Supporting regional operations by working closely with the team to achieve shared goals.
  • Maintaining high standards of academic excellence in all aspects of the program.
  • Managing class schedules to ensure effective staffing and meet company targets.
  • Providing virtual administrative support to Regional Operations, including answering phones, managing daily business data, and creating/maintaining schedules with students and teachers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree is required for this position.
  • 2-3 years of progressive career growth, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully.
  • Exhibits a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
