The Client will provide instructions via daily video calls and quality control your results to ensure designs comply with Australian standards.

The successful Candidate will complete English proficiency tests, video call interviews and skills tests to confirm their 3D Modelling ability.

A University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar course focused on designing Infrastructure, Plant and Piping is required for this role

Registration with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Board of Mechanical Engineers will be an advantage for this role

At least 5 years of 3D Modelling experience using Autodesk Revit 'Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing' (MEP) is essential for this role

Experience using Autodesk Inventor is also required for importing Inventor Parts and Assemblies into Revit MEP models

Experience using other CAD software such as AutoCAD, Navisworks or Solidworks will be an advantage

Experience using Microsoft Teams or other Video Call programs such as Zoom or Google Meet is required

Experience using Dropbox or other File Sharing platforms such as OneDrive, SharePoint or Google Drive is required

Experience using Microsoft Office web based programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook is required

Experience using Time Tracking systems such as Time Doctor or DeskTime will be an advantage

Experience in a similar Building Information Modelling (BIM) role designing Plant and Piping will also be an advantage

Fluent English reading, writing and speaking skills are essential for this role

Attention to detail and a passion to produce high quality CAD files

Willingness to speak up and ask questions to confirm Client instructions

Ability to quickly learn new systems and follow Client standards

Ability to solve problems using logic, reason and common sense

Ability to work independently and show initiative when completing tasks

Professional attitude demonstrated by taking responsibility for your results

Shifts based on Australian business hours and Australian Public Holidays

Day shift hours from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST)

Standard 9 hour shifts including 8 hours of work and 1 hour of unpaid breaks

Minimum of 40 hours per week working weekdays from Monday to Friday

Paid overtime including an additional 25% on your regular hourly rate

This is an office based role working from our new office building near Uptown BGC

Please note 'Work From Home' (WFH) and 'Hybrid Setups' are not offered for this role

This role will be offered on a Contract basis for the first 6 months. After the probation period the employee will be regularised based on performance

The advertised Salary of ₱45,000 to ₱55,000 per month is the total gross amount before any deductions for Contributions, Allowances, Taxes etc…
