Revit Drafter

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Skills in Revit are essential, and experience with other CAD software like AutoCAD is also beneficial.
• A solid understanding of architectural and engineering principles is necessary to create accurate and effective plans.
• Meticulous attention to detail is crucial for producing precise and high-quality drawings.
• Ability to resolve design conflicts and streamline the drafting process.

ROLES:

Create and model buildings:

• Develop detailed 3D models of various structures, from residential to large commercial projects.

Generate technical drawings:

• Produce 2D plans like floor plans, elevations, sections, and details from the 3D models for construction purposes.

Work with different disciplines:

• Create plans for architectural, structural, and mechanical (MEP) systems, such as HVAC and electrical.

Manage and update models:

• Handle changes to the model and ensure consistency throughout the project.

Collaborate with teams:

• Work with architects, engineers, and other project team members to ensure design accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php90,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Revit: 3 years (Preferred)
• AutoCAD: 3 years (Preferred)
• Technical architectural: 3 years (Preferred)
