We are looking for an experienced modeller to join our Digital Delivery - Building Services group. This position offers good variety of work, where you'll:

  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to deliver detailed MEP models and drawings.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines in an integrated design environment.
  • Manage drafting processes and modelling data independently.
  • Support all project stages and BIM workflow requirements.

What we're looking for:

  • 5–10 years' experience in Plumbing and Fire Protection Services, plus knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical services.
  • Strong understanding of building services drawing requirements.
  • Proficient in Revit, modelling management and utilizing BIM360 for project delivery .
  • Ability to coordinate and interface with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication skills; able to report progress and issues proactively.
