We are looking for an experienced modeller to join our Digital Delivery - Building Services group. This position offers good variety of work, where you’ll: Collaborate with engineers and designers to deliver detailed MEP models and drawings. Coordinate with other disciplines in an integrated design environment. Manage drafting processes and modelling data independently. Support all project stages and BIM workflow requirements. What we’re looking for: 5–10 years’ experience in Plumbing and Fire Protection Services, plus knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical services. Strong understanding of building services drawing requirements. Proficient in Revit, modelling management and utilizing BIM360 for project delivery. Ability to coordinate and interface with multidisciplinary teams. Strong communication skills; able to report progress and issues proactively.
