We are seeking a proactive and reliable Administration Assistant to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and verify customer documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards
- Compile and maintain complete customer files, entering data into our CRM for assessment
- Record all client communications (emails, texts, calls) accurately
- Liaise with clients to collect outstanding information and provide timely updates on loan applications
- Follow up with lenders and track applications from submission to settlement
- Ensure all loan documentation is processed efficiently and accurately
- Communicate professionally and courteously with clients to build strong relationships
- Ensure all documentation complies with corporate, regulatory, and risk standards
- Organise pricing and valuations for client applications
- Notify relevant parties of loan approvals and conditions
- Coordinate with clients, conveyancers, and solicitors to book settlements
- Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly
- Produce written communications using relevant software tools
- Contribute to the development of customer service procedures and standards
- Previous experience in administration, ideally within finance or mortgage broking, preferred but not necessary
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
