We are seeking a proactive and reliable Administration Assistant to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and verify customer documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards
  • Compile and maintain complete customer files, entering data into our CRM for assessment
  • Record all client communications (emails, texts, calls) accurately
  • Liaise with clients to collect outstanding information and provide timely updates on loan applications
  • Follow up with lenders and track applications from submission to settlement
  • Ensure all loan documentation is processed efficiently and accurately
  • Communicate professionally and courteously with clients to build strong relationships
  • Ensure all documentation complies with corporate, regulatory, and risk standards
  • Organise pricing and valuations for client applications
  • Notify relevant parties of loan approvals and conditions
  • Coordinate with clients, conveyancers, and solicitors to book settlements
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly
  • Produce written communications using relevant software tools
  • Contribute to the development of customer service procedures and standards
About You:
  • Previous experience in administration, ideally within finance or mortgage broking, preferred but not necessary
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • A team player with a customer-first mindset
