Essential Functions/Position Responsibilities

  • Communicate directly with vendors via email or phone.
  • Perform end-to-end payables life cycle: from review of suppliers invoice/billing statement to check issuance and releasing.
  • Maintain an accurate and update check monitoring report that is accessible by anyone in the finance department.
  • Maintain an organized and updated master list of vendors, invoices as well as complete file of BIR 2307, suppliers BIR 2303, updated contracts.
  • Reconcile payables with an open balance at month-end.
  • Analyze and prepare the monthly disbursements forecast.
  • Prepare schedules for E-gov payments using government portals and required government forms.
  • Collaborate with different departments for verification of financial documents when necessary.
  • Actively participate in policy development endeavors of the team by suggesting policy improvements based on actual experience and knowledge of the department.
  • Safeguard all accountable forms in a locked place and report any pilferage or misuse of the same.
  • Report to the senior management any known deviations to the finance policies that have been encountered in the performance of day-to-day functions.
  • Assist Senior Management for any periodic reports, trackers, and required reconciliations.
  • Assist in other day-to-day operations of the Finance Department and ensure the strict implementation of company accounting policies, procedures, and practices.

Hiring Requirements/Preferences

  • Education: Graduate of any business-related course with 3 years solid experience in General/Cost Accounting, government reportorial compliance and payroll processing.
  • Knowledgeable in invoice processing and accounts payable cycle.
  • Knowledgeable in mandatory government compliances (SSS, HDMF & PHIC).
  • Adequate knowledge in MS excel and power point presentation.
  • Analytical and extremely detailed oriented
  • Time conscious and can work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
  • Self-motivated and a team player

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
