BPO Sales & Acquisition Manager

Work Setup: Work From Home (with required on-site reporting 3–4x/month)

Compensation: Up to ₱80,000 Package (Max Ceiling)

Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales & Acquisition Manager with strong B2B BPO experience. This role will focus on generating revenue through new client acquisitions, nurturing existing accounts, and driving strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is experienced in outbound sales, cold calling, project management, and risk governance, with a proven track record of building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business acquisition through cold calling, outbound sales, and client prospecting.
  • Manage and grow existing corporate accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct corporate surveys, due diligence, and requirements gathering for new client listings.
  • Provide customized business and banking solutions tailored to corporate clients and their employees.
  • Analyze and review financial statements, employee movements, and client data for potential upgrades or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Oversee project management, risk governance, and process improvement to ensure effective sales operations.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong B2B relationships that contribute to long-term business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Sales, Client Acquisition, and Account Management in the BPO industry (B2B focus).
  • Strong background in cold calling, outbound sales, and corporate client acquisition.
  • Demonstrated ability in project management, risk governance, and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze financial statements and assess client readiness for upgrades.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a hybrid/WFH environment.
  • Willingness to report to the office 3–4 times per month.
