As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Person to join our team and drive growth in this sector.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with at least 5 years of experience, preferably in logistics, customs, or BPO services. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of at least one of these industries, alongside a strategic approach to sales activities in the United States. You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and providing tailored solutions that address their staffing needs.

Tasks include LinkedIn Sales and Cold Calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the logistics, customs, and BPO sectors.
  • Develop and implement down-to-earth, effective sales strategies to meet client needs.
  • Conduct cold calls, generate leads, and establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Utilize LinkedIn for prospecting, relationship-building, and generating business.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring clients are convinced of our value proposition.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth of the business.

Qualifications:

  • Sales Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales with a track record of closing deals and signing clients, preferably in logistics, customs, BPO, or recruitment services.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
  • Candidates must demonstrate business-level English proficiency for effective communication.
  • Customer-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to understand and empathize with client needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Self-Motivated: A target-driven individual who is results-oriented and able to work independently to meet sales targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools, digital communication, and virtual sales platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • Academical Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (depending on the industry).
  • Equivalent work experience can substitute for a Bachelor's degree requirement.
  • Reach for the Moon: A high degree of adaptability and willingness to learn.
