
HR Supervisor for a Medical Distribution Company

HR Management & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Oversee employee records, documentation, and HR reporting.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring.
- Coordinate onboarding programs to integrate new hires effectively.
Employee Relations & Performance Management:
Address employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in compliance with company policies.
- Facilitate performance review processes and support career development initiatives.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate benefits administration (health insurance, leave management, etc.).
- Liaise with finance and external vendors as needed.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and organize employee development programs.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and compliance training (e.g., OSHA, HIPAA if applicable).
Process Improvement:
Streamline HR workflows, digitize records, and implement efficient HR systems.
- Analyze HR metrics to improve retention, engagement, and operational efficiency.
