  • Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring.

  • Coordinate onboarding programs to integrate new hires effectively.
  • Employee Relations & Performance Management:

  • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in compliance with company policies.

  • Facilitate performance review processes and support career development initiatives.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration:

  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate benefits administration (health insurance, leave management, etc.).

  • Liaise with finance and external vendors as needed.
  • Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs and organize employee development programs.

  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and compliance training (e.g., OSHA, HIPAA if applicable).
  • Process Improvement:

  • Streamline HR workflows, digitize records, and implement efficient HR systems.

  • Analyze HR metrics to improve retention, engagement, and operational efficiency.
