About the role

FILOIL GAS and ENERGY COMPANY, INC.' is seeking a Depot Engineering Supervisor to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position with excellent opportunities for professional growth within our dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Overseeing the efficient and safe operation of the company's fuel storage and distribution depot
  2. Supervising a team of engineers and technicians responsible for maintaining and repairing depot equipment and infrastructure
  3. Developing and implementing maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance and regulatory compliance
  4. Analysing operational data to identify improvement opportunities and make recommendations to management
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the company's overall business objectives
  6. Ensuring all activities comply with relevant safety, environmental and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the oil and gas industry
  2. Degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical or chemical) or a related technical discipline
  3. Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve operational excellence
  4. Strong technical expertise in the maintenance and repair of fuel storage and distribution equipment
  5. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills
  6. Thorough understanding of relevant safety, environmental and quality regulations
  7. Ability to work collaboratively across different functions and levels of the organisation
