About the role

We are seeking a Production Quality Checker (Hollow Blocks) to join our dynamic team at SNS construction and supply OPC' in Bulacan, Central Luzon. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our production of hollow blocks. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and reliability of our products, contributing to the overall success of our company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conducting thorough inspections of hollow block production at various stages to identify and address any quality issues
  2. Implementing quality control measures and procedures to ensure the finished products meet all required specifications and industry standards
  3. Documenting and reporting on the quality of production, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  4. Collaborating with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality-related problems
  5. Maintaining detailed records of quality data and providing regular reports to management
  6. Continuously looking for ways to optimize quality processes and drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  2. Strong understanding of quality control principles, methods and best practices
  3. Proficient in using quality control tools and equipment, including measuring devices and testing instruments
  4. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  7. Relevant qualifications in quality assurance, manufacturing or a related field would be an advantage
