Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring that goods and services are produced efficiently. Ensures that the right product is produced at the right cost and at the right level of quality. Responsible for the monitoring of all incoming and outgoing products and preparation of production and delivery schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Monitors and updates the project status

· Checks the attendance of all production employees in their designated area of work

· Checks the quality of the finished products

· Works out the human and material resources needed

· Prepares daily schedule of production and deliveries

· Checks product deliveries and pull outs

· Ensures that manpower is enough / sufficient for all deliveries.

· Maximizes efficiency of delivery operation at minimum cost.

· Troubleshoots delivery problems

· Attends to customer inquiries and complaints

· Coordinates with Purchasing department to ensure availability of materials needed for the project

· Coordinates with Accounting Department for finance matter such as budget concerns, and the likes

· Coordinates with HRD for attendance and payroll concern of production employees

· Prepares and submits reports set by the Management such as:

o Accomplishment Report

o Production Schedule

o Delivery Schedule

· Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time

Job Specification

· Fresh graduate or graduate of any four year course (with or without experience)

· Computer proficient

· Hardworking, resourceful and result-oriented

· Can work under pressure and willing to work long hours
