About the role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Cebu. This full-time position is perfect for individuals with at least 6 months of call center experience. The role offers competitive remuneration and incentives up to 35,000 PHP.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing excellent customer service through inbound and outbound call handling
- Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues to ensure a positive experience
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and providing feedback to management
What We're Looking For:
- At least 6 months of previous experience in a call center or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and empathize with customers
- Excellent problem-solving skills to effectively address customer concerns
- Proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and stay calm under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
