What You’ll Be Doing:
Answering inbound calls and providing timely, professional assistance
Resolving customer concerns and inquiries efficiently and accurately
Logging interactions and ensuring proper follow-up
Identifying opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience
Complying with company policies and procedures
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure quality service
What We’re Looking For:
No prior experience required — fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome
Good communication and active listening skills
Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new tools
Willingness to work onsite in IT Park, Cebu City
Positive attitude and commitment to delivering great service
