Job Description – AI Automation PostingRole Overview

The AI Automation Posting role is responsible for creating, scheduling, and managing product posts across multiple Zero One Moto brands and pages (Villain Exhaust, RacePower, Shield, Mutarru, etc.) using AI tools. This job ensures consistent posting, accurate product details, and engaging captions that follow company guidelines, while saving time through automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation:
  • Use AI prompts to generate product descriptions, captions, and variations in Tagalog, Taglish, and English.
  • Prepare posting templates based on the official Enhanced Types of Posting (14 types).
  • Ensure all product details (price, compatibility, stock availability, promos, freebies) are accurate.
  • Automation Setup:
  • Configure AI chatbots (e.g., BotCake, ManyChat) to auto-reply to customer inquiries with correct product info.
  • Schedule daily posts across Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram using automation platforms (Metricool, FeedHive, etc.).
  • Ensure posts follow priority inventory items (highest stock, slow-moving items, or promo bundles).
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Train AI to provide human-like responses (friendly, rider-to-rider tone).
  • Insert upselling opportunities (consumables like Rust Remover, gear oil, fork oil, magic gatas).
  • Avoid giving suggestions for products not in our inventory (strict rule).
  • Reporting & Updates:
  • Generate daily posting reports (what was posted, on which page, and engagement results).
  • Monitor AI auto-replies to ensure correct answers and update prompts if errors are detected.
  • Submit weekly summaries of post reach, customer interactions, and improvements needed.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Familiarity with AI automation tools (BotCake, ManyChat, Make/Zapier, Metricool).
  • Strong understanding of motorcycle products in Zero One Moto's inventory.
  • Creative writing skills for captions (Tagalog/Taglish/English).
  • Basic knowledge of social media algorithms and posting schedules.
  • Attention to detail – ensuring no wrong prices, no wrong compatibility, no other brands suggested.

Performance Metrics

  • Consistency of posting schedule (daily across all branches/pages).
  • Accuracy of product details in posts and auto-replies.
  • Engagement levels (likes, comments, shares, inquiries).
  • Speed and quality of AI improvements (less wrong answers, more sales conversions).
