We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
· Ensuring that all shipments are transacted and billed
· Creating and issuing invoices to customers
· Preparing account statements for customers
· Following up on outstanding payments and answering customer queries
· Monitoring all payments and preparing monthly billing reports
· Managing account balances and resolving inconsistencies
· Answering phones, responding to customer requests, or transferring to the necessary department
· Maintain current records including billing addresses, transmittals, receiving copies of bills/letters
· Follow up on delinquent payments and resubmit billing as needed
· Handles errands or tasks as may be required by the superior as part of the company's welfare
· Handles Import and Export shipment document processing as required.
· Checks correct documentation of import and export shipments prior to BOC processing as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php12, Php16,000.00 per month
