HR Intern

  • Onsite – Makati Office | JI Ayala & Company
  • Open to students (OJT or Internship)
  • ₱150/day Meal Allowance

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and eager-to-learn HR Intern to join our HR team onsite at our Makati office. The intern will gain hands-on experience by supporting various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, employee engagement, and administration. This is an excellent opportunity to grow in the HR field within a dynamic and mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open roles
  • Support interview scheduling and coordination with applicants and hiring managers
  • Assist in the preparation of onboarding kits and documents for new hires
  • Help facilitate new hire orientations and monitor onboarding checklists
  • Provide support in basic payroll-related tasks, such as timekeeping data encoding and validation
  • Assist in filing, scanning, organizing employee records and HR documents
  • Help in preparing HR memos, forms, and other administrative paperwork
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal events
  • Ensure employee and intern records are up-to-date and properly filed
  • Perform other administrative and HR-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
  • Willing to work fully onsite in Makati
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can commit to a minimum of 300 hours (or per school requirement)

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 2 months
