About the Role

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team This role is designed to give you hands-on experience in Human Resources, from recruitment to employee support, while working under the guidance of our HR team.

What You'll Do

As an HR Intern, you will:

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, sourcing candidates, and conducting initial screenings.
  • Review resumes and applications to help identify qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted applicants.
  • Support HR events and employee engagement activities.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scanning 201 files.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of Human Resources principles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • A customer service mindset and eagerness to learn.
