Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator – Property Management

Location: Remote

Salary: Up to $7/hr

Employment Type: Full-Time

Join our property management team and support multiple portfolios with centralized maintenance coordination. You'll play a key role in ensuring timely maintenance resolution, vendor coordination, and high-quality service for tenants and property owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Triage incoming maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues.
  2. Answer and manage the maintenance line, handling inquiries from tenants, owners, and vendors.
  3. Create, update, and follow up on work orders to ensure timely completion.
  4. Coordinate with vendors for scheduling, updates, and problem-solving.
  5. Research maintenance issues, recommend solutions, and assist PMs/APMs as needed.
  6. Maintain accurate documentation of communications, work orders, and maintenance activities.
  7. Collaborate with multiple Pods to ensure consistent service levels and timely resolution.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance coordination or similar property management roles
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable working remotely across multiple teams
  • Familiarity with property management software or maintenance ticketing systems preferred

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in property management or real estate environments
  • Knowledge of common residential maintenance issues and vendor coordination best practices
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle urgent situations professionally
