Qualifications:

  • Six (6) years of relevant experience, four (4) years of which are in a managerial capacity

  • Proven experience in automotive service management or related field

  • Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service orientation
  • Familiarity with performance management systems and service marketing
