We comprise a broad portfolio of market-leading businesses, which represent a combination of cash generating activities and long-term property assets that are closely aligned to the increasingly prosperous consumers of the region.Across the Group, our over 400,000 employees work in a wide range of businesses in major sectors including motor vehicles and related operations, property investment and development, food retailing, health and beauty, home furnishings, engineering and construction, transport services, restaurants, luxury hotels, financial services, heavy equipment, mining and agribusiness.Responsibilities:In conjunction with the project manager to identify prospective services which are aligned with the GBS business case and transition into GBS.Create a value proposition in collaboration with BU that highlights the advantages of the organization's service, proposing solutions that meet or exceed BU needs and expectations and align with the Group's strategyResponsible for end-to-end execution of assigned transitionsManages the whole process of transferring services and staff from one location to another, ensuring service levels are maintained throughout. The role also includes maintenance of the budget, project plans and reporting to the customer and internal management. Ensures the delivery of high quality, professional and proactive customer-focused service on daily basis.Through the due diligence/gap analysis process to collect and prepare all relevant details for the transition including FTE requirements, SOP, Process Maps, KPI/Metrics.Drive Impact Assessment phase at country/ region/ market level to develop and drive action plans to identify and close gaps between global process and as-is local country / BU processes.Contribute significantly to continuously improve the transition methodology and toolkit, ensuring lessons learned and driving consistent, risk managed, optimized transitionsEnsure transparent/timely reporting on the progress, success and risks/issues of the program to leadershipQualifications:At least 8 years of end-to-end Transition Management experience and Continuous Improvement projects, Outsourcing/Offshoring, previous experience in the setup of shared service centersWorking knowledge of business process transition and transformation projectsExperience setting up Finance and/or Human Resources shared services organization for a conglomerate is a strong plusHighly developed stakeholder management skillsExcellent influencing skills; able to align competing interests towards a common goalMust be a Team player who is able to work virtual and have a collaborative approachBachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree preferredLean/Six Sigma Certification preferredAbility to travel >20% of the time in APACPMP and/or Lean Six Sigma certification is a strong plusExcellent communication skillsWe will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
