Job Summary:

The Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing all logistics operations, including trucking, warehousing, and brokerage. This role ensures smooth coordination of transportation, storage, and delivery activities while maintaining cost efficiency and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day logistics operations, including trucking, warehousing, and brokerage.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods.
  • Monitor shipment schedules and resolve any logistics-related issues.
  • Maintain compliance with local regulations and company standards.
  • Lead and train logistics teams to meet performance and operational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Strong experience in trucking, warehousing, and brokerage.
  • Candidates with background in courier or freight forwarding companies are preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month
