Job Summary:

The International Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing and executing all aspects of international logistics operations, ensuring the timely and efficient movement of goods. This role includes order management, shipment processing, documentation preparation, and coordination with internal teams, third-party logistics providers (3PLs), and forwarders. The coordinator will monitor inbound and outbound shipments, handle rate communications, support forwarder transitions, and act as the primary point of contact for samples and shipment-related concerns. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for executing operations such as order management, shipments and preparation of all documentation as required
  • Will be handling the GTS log in for countries and navigation of various country systems
  • Create shipping labels for quick processing of bulk and parcel shipments
  • Will act as POC for all samples and shipments concerns including 3PLs.
  • Oversee all inbound/outbound shipments and monitor updates and issues
  • Sourcing forwarder and supporting brand forwarder transitions
  • Monitoring of rates and rate communications
  • Handle documentation for cost tracking
  • To perform other duties and functions as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
  • Must be Tech Savvy and is proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel & Word)
  • At least 2 years of experience in International Logistics
  • Knowledge in International trade is preferred
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be self-driven and can work under minimal supervision
  • Excellent time management in order to complete all duty requirements
  • Amenable to work on a night shift schedule
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Pasay City
