Call Center Agents for E-Commerce

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Call Center Agents for E-Commerce (CSR-Voice) to join our dynamic team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a full-time team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our e-commerce clients, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
What you'll be doing
- Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving their issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding products, services, policies, and procedures
- Effectively manage customer relationships, building rapport and fostering a positive brand experience
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure a consistent level of service
What we're looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to provide quick and effective solutions to customer inquiries
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with customer service best practices and experience in a call center or similar customer-facing role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and maintain a positive, customer-centric attitude
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, to ensure seamless customer support
