Key Responsibilities

Test Automation & Framework Development

  • Design and implement automated tests for different testing types and levels, eg. functional, integration, API, regression, and performance testing.

  • Build and maintain test frameworks and tooling to support scalable automation.

  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.

Team Enablement & Best Practices

  • Guide Scrum teams in adopting automated testing practices and tools and increasing automated test coverage.

  • Collaborate with QA Engineers to identify manual tests for automation.

  • Provide mentorship and support to QA Engineers as they upskill in automation.

Quality Engineering & Infrastructure

  • Ensure test environments and data are reliable and reproducible.

  • Monitor and improve test execution performance and reliability.

  • Contribute to test strategy and architecture across teams.

Continuous Improvement

  • Evaluate and introduce new testing tools and technologies.

  • Analyze test results and metrics to identify gaps and improve coverage.

  • Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering to improve release quality and speed.

Qualifications

  • Backend testing: Functional and integration testing of our backend services, preferably with experience in C#/.NET, and tools like xUnit and WireMock (or similar).

  • Frontend testing: UI and end-to-end testing using modern frameworks, such as Playwright.

  • Performance and load testing: Familiarity with tools and approaches for validating system scalability and reliability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php120,000.00 per month
