About the Role:

The IT Infrastructure Administrator ensures the smooth, secure, and effective use of Kinyara Health's Microsoft 365 environment. The role supports staff by maintaining core systems, leading infrastructure improvements, and providing advanced technical support. Through automation, migration projects, and collaboration with IT and business teams, this role helps drive operational efficiency and a positive user experience.

Key Tasks for the Core Responsibility

• Administer, maintain, and optimize Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, Teams, Teams Calling, Exchange Online, and Power BI.
• Plan and lead Microsoft 365 tenancy migration projects and system transitions.
• Develop and manage PowerShell scripts for automation and efficiency.
• Monitor system health, ensure security and compliance, and proactively identify risks or performance issues.
• Provide 2nd/3rd line support for overflow help desk requests and requests related to M365.
• Deliver internal training, documentation, and expert guidance to IT team members and end-users.
• Contribute to IT projects and cross-functional initiatives as required.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• 99% uptime and operational reliability of core Microsoft 365 services.
• 100% completion of planned tenancy migration tasks within agreed project timelines.

• 95% automation success rate for recurring admin tasks via PowerShell.

  
  
• SharePoint and Exchange Online structure is reviewed and updated at least annually.
• ≥90% of Tier 2+ support requests are resolved within SLA (e.g., 1–2 business days).
• Staff satisfaction score ≥ 4.5 / 5 on Microsoft 365-related support.
• 2+ internal knowledge resources or training sessions delivered per quarter.

Key Competencies:

• Proven expertise in PowerShell scripting and automation within Microsoft 365 environments.
• Deep knowledge of SharePoint Online administration and customization.
• Strong experience with Teams Calling configuration and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Demonstrated success in planning and executing Microsoft 365 tenancy migrations.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 security and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365 (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, MS-700).
• Minimum 3-year Experience with other Microsoft 365 workloads such as Exchange Online and Intune.
• Background in IT infrastructure or cloud services administration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
