What you'll do
Oversee the daily operations of designated stores to ensure smooth business activities.
Track product sales performance and business data, assisting in achieving monthly sales targets.
Conduct regular store inspections, guiding staff on products, equipment, hygiene, and safe operations, while handling emergencies when needed.
4 Collect and report industry trends and competitor store activities.
Provide guidance, training, and support to store managers and staff to continuously improve service and operational quality.
Report regularly to HQ on store performance and operational updates.
What we're looking for
1.
3–5 years of experience
in store operation and management
within chain bread, cake, or bakery shops.
Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
Hands-on, responsible, and detail-oriented with excellent execution ability.
Leadership mindset with the ability to coach and develop teams.
