The HR Specialist oversees the recruitment pipeline and drives the employee journey, playing a key role in fulfilling our mission. You will collaborate with a team of agile problem-solvers and various business units to attract and retain the talent that powers our innovative healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding new hires.
- Innovate and implement strategies to build robust talent pipelines through active sourcing and candidate pool development.
- Develop and execute employee support and engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Recommend and codify improvements to current HR processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field (Required)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (Required)
- Experience in various HR facets, particularly recruitment, is preferred but not required.
- Open to fresh graduates and experienced professionals.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City.
