Your Role in a Snapshot

As a Customer Experience Specialist (Blended), you will be the voice of our brand—delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with customers. You'll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and guide customers through financial transactions with professionalism and care.

This isn't just about answering questions—it's about creating trust, solving problems, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

What You'll Do
  • Engage with customers via live chat and email to address inquiries on deposits, withdrawals, transfers, disputes, and account setup.
  • Explain and promote banking products and services with confidence and clarity.
  • Review transaction histories and reconcile account balances for customers.
  • Correctly escalate account-specific concerns such as refunds, cancellations, fee waivers, card requests, and disputes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, security policies, and regulatory standards.
  • Develop deep knowledge of U.S. banking operations and apply best practices for account protection.
  • Deliver on commitments—every time—with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Represent Acquire Intelligence's values in every interaction.
