Job Overview:

The IT Support Specialist manages, maintains and troubleshoots the Company IT systems and infrastructure. Is responsible for providing technical assistance to staff, maintaining hardware and software systems, supporting network connectivity, and resolving daily IT issues.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Maintain and support IT hardware, including PC desktops, laptops, fiber modems, Starlink systems, and wireless access points.
  • Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software such as Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, Adobe products, and other business applications.
  • Manage and maintain Google Workspace accounts and settings for all employees.
  • Support and maintain the Ecount ERP system, ensuring smooth operation and user access.
  • Provide training to employees on new updates, tools, and best practices for using hardware, software, and Google Workspace.
  • Handle daily troubleshooting and technical support requests related to IT equipment and software.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related course.
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of PC hardware, Windows OS (10/11), and common business software.
  • Experience with managing Google Workspace and ERP systems (preferably Ecount).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support non-technical users.
  • Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, troubleshoot issues efficiently, and work independently.
