Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Call Center Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional service. You’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers — delivering professional, courteous, and solution-driven support across multiple communication channels. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and enhance overall experience. Requirements Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative (minimum 1–2 years preferred). Demonstrated ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively. Excellent communication skills (spoken and written). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. A customer-focused mindset with a talent for building relationships. Comfortable working independently during night shifts.
