ABOUT THE ROLEAs an Associate - Client Services at Savvital, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients by managing administrative and operational tasks primarily within the insurance sector. This role requires hands-on expertise in EZLynx, as you will be directly working with insurance clients to handle quoting, requoting, and client communication. Ideal for candidates with a strong background in insurance support services and a deep understanding of EZLynx workflows.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING- EZLynx Expertise – Use EZLynx for quoting, requoting, managing policy information, and assisting with client communication. You should be able to navigate the platform independently and efficiently.
- Administrative Support – Perform general administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
- Communication Management – Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, handle email correspondence, and ensure timely, professional communication.
- Meeting Coordination – Assist in coordinating virtual meetings, including scheduling, sending invitations, and preparing necessary materials.
- Task Prioritization – Effectively prioritize client tasks and manage deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their processes and consistently meeting expectations.
- Customer Complaint Analysis – Address client/customer complaints, analyze issues, and suggest resolutions in collaboration with the internal team.
- Price Quotes – Prepare and share accurate price quotes using EZLynx, aligned with client requirements and product offerings.
- Reporting and Documentation – Generate reports, maintain accurate records, and ensure proper documentation within the system.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with EZLynx is required.
- Education: A 4-year Bachelor's degree is preferable. Preferably in Accounting & Finance, Business Studies, Economics, or Public Relations.
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to changing client needs.
- Passion for delivering high-quality client service and support.
