- Must be college graduate
- With previous experience in sales admin tasks is an advantage
- Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office Tools (MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Must have strong background in MS Excel specifically with functions/formulas such as pivot, sum, if, vlookup, and xlookup
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Must have strong attention to details: accuracy in processing of sales orders, contracts, and crafting sales reports
- Willing to work on weekends for purchase order checking
