Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as Sales Support Associate / Admin or other related roles.
- Preferably with experienced specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Preferred candidates are based in Manila and can work fully onsite in Banawe, Quezon City.
Job Description
- Provide administrative support to General Trade Group.
- Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports.
- Consolidate and analyze sales data from various sources.
- Coordinate and align with the marketing team on ongoing campaigns and initiatives.
- Conduct regular call-outs and follow-ups to support field execution activities.
- Assist the Sales Support Manager with day-to-day administrative and reporting tasks.
- Maintain organized records and ensure timely submission of required reports and documents.
