Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as Sales Support Associate / Admin or other related roles.
  • Preferably with experienced specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Preferred candidates are based in Manila and can work fully onsite in Banawe, Quezon City.

Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to General Trade Group.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports.
  • Consolidate and analyze sales data from various sources.
  • Coordinate and align with the marketing team on ongoing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Conduct regular call-outs and follow-ups to support field execution activities.
  • Assist the Sales Support Manager with day-to-day administrative and reporting tasks.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure timely submission of required reports and documents.
