Digital Marketing Supervisor
The Digital Marketing Supervisor oversees the planning, execution, and optimization of eTap's digital strategies across social media platforms and the company website. The role manages content creation, leads two copywriters, and works closely with the Brand and Graphics teams to ensure timely, engaging, and brand-aligned output. The supervisor also analyzes performance data, monitors SEO, and implements strategies that strengthen digital presence, growth, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Research & Analysis
- Monitor digital trends, benchmarks, and audience insights.
- Use analytics tools to evaluate customer journeys across platforms.
2. Social Media Management
- Manage eTap's presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and the website.
- Develop strategies aligned with business goals and brand direction.
- Oversee account layouts, visuals, and page designs.
- Track SEO and web metrics to maximize reach.
3. Content Creation
- Produce and publish daily content (photos, videos, articles, web updates).
- Lead two copywriters to ensure consistent and high-quality messaging.
- Coordinate with Graphics for creative assets and visual materials.
- Ensure on-time, platform-optimized content across channels.
4. Strategy & Growth
- Develop innovative strategies to boost engagement and brand visibility.
- Launch campaigns, promotions, and new features.
- Test, measure, and refine digital tactics based on performance results.
5. Collaboration
- Align closely with the Brand Manager and Graphics team on content plans.
- Execute partnership campaigns and maintain cohesive brand storytelling.
6. Performance Tracking
- Define KPIs and report on ROI, reach, engagement, and CPR.
- Generate bi-monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Support Community Management by monitoring feedback and reviews.
7. Trend Monitoring
- Stay updated on platform trends, technologies, tools, and best practices.
- Ensure eTap remains competitive and relevant in the digital space.
Performance Expectations
- Maintain an updated monthly content tracker with minimum outputs:
- 60 Facebook posts
- 4 Instagram posts
- 4 TikTok videos
- 4 LinkedIn articles
- 4 website content pieces
- Submit monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
- Coordinate with the Project Management Team weekly and publish "New Store Alerts" every Saturday.
- Provide bi-monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
- Experience in audience segmentation and digital content management.
- Strong writing, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
