About the role

Join our dynamic team at Knoll Ridges Consultancy, Inc. as an IT Support Specialist. In this full-time position based in Metro Manila, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and problem-solving to our clients. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT infrastructure and systems.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to and resolve IT-related user inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems
  • Provide end-user training and support to improve their technical skills and productivity
  • Maintain detailed records of all support tickets and resolutions
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement system upgrades, patches, and new technologies
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or external vendors as needed
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance the IT support services and improve customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support or help desk role
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with users at all levels
  • Proficient in Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and common business applications
  • Basic understanding of networking, server administration, and information security principles
  • Customer-oriented mindset and a passion for providing exceptional technical support
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+) are preferred
